OUR PROGRAM FOR 2008:
WHO: 3rd through 8th graders

WHAT: Learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, safe environment.
Beginners will learn the basics of stance, position and rules. Advanced skills will be taught and drilled for experienced and modified wrestlers. This is primarily a folkstyle club, but Olympic styles will also be covered. The Club participates in optional tournaments on weekends for which a separate entry fee applies.

WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00PM while school is in session. January 7th to March 31st (Pizza party night).

WHERE: Port Chester High School Wrestling Room

FEE: $75.00 Includes all practice/instruction sessions, membership to USA Wrestling (the national governing body of the US Olympic Team), a club T-shirt and an end-of-season Pizza Party.
